Narum Relax in the form of capsules is a composition of Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, L-theanine, lyophilized extract from hop cones and lyophilized extract from lemon balm leaves. Hops support the central nervous system with the calming effects of humulone and lupulone. Melissa helps to maintain a positive mood, contributes to optimal relaxation, and supports healthy sleep. Also L-theanine has a relaxing and tonic effect.

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule in the morning, 2 capsules in the evening, after a meal. You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not use in the case of hypersensitivity to product components. Product is intended for adults. Pregnant and lactating women should consume the product after consultation with a doctor.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool place at a temperature no higher than + 10 °C out of reach of children. During transport it can be stored in room temperature.
