Narum+ mumio
Narum+ mumio in capsule form is used to maintain the composition and biological activity of the normal intestinal microflora in children and adults.
The product is indicated:
- As support during and after antibiotic therapy,
- When there is a need to supplement the intestinal bacterial flora with Lactobacillus bacteria,
- During prolonged stress.
Ingredients:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine
- Freeze-dried Altai mumio (shilajit) [web:135]
- Capsule shell: gelling agent – gellan gum, glazing agent – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

One capsule contains not less than: 1.5 × 108 CFU* of live bacteria.

Recommended daily intake:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2–3 capsules 3 times a day, 15–20 minutes before a meal
- Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day, 15–20 minutes before a meal
- Children aged 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day, 15–20 minutes before a meal
Duration of use
For optimal results, it is recommended to take the product for 5–6 weeks.
Directions for use
Take the capsules 15–20 minutes before meals with half a glass of a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in cases of dairy intolerance). The capsule may be opened and its contents dissolved in a drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use the product after consulting a doctor.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding +10°C, out of reach of children.
