Dietary supplement
Narum Forte dietary supplement is intended to supplement the diet with strains of bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, Bifidobacterium bifidum DSM 20456, and Escherichia coli M-17 containing non-pathogenic strain Nissle 1917.
Ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum), Escherichia coli M-17 containing non-pathogenic strain Nissle 1917, Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, Bifidobacterium bifidum DSM 20456.
Recommended daily portion:
- Adults and children over 12 years: from 1 to 6 capsules daily,
- Children aged 6 to 12 years: from 1 to 3 capsules daily,
- Children aged 3 to 6 years: from 1 to 2 capsules daily.

Administration time:
For optimal effect, it is recommended to take for a minimum of 6-12 weeks.
How to use:
Take the capsules 15-20 minutes before a meal with water. You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a beverage. The number of capsules in the daily portion can be taken at once or in several portions.
Storage conditions:
Store in a tightly closed container, at a temperature not exceeding +10°C, in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light.
