Each tablet contains not less than 1.5 x 10^8 CFU* of live bacteria.
*CFU - Colony Forming Unit - a unit of viable bacteria
Usage: Take the tablets 15-20 minutes before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Storage conditions: Store in a cool place, not exceeding +10°C. Keep out of reach of small children. It can be stored at room temperature during travel or transportation if necessary.
