Verde Mix is an organic carefully composed blend of five selected green plants: Khorasan wheat, young green barley, common oat, wheatgrass, and alfalfa dried using bioactive dehydration method. Bioactive dehydration is gentle drying of green juices at low temperature without oxygen, which preserves high concentrations of health-promoting substances such as vitamins: A, B1, B2, biotin, B12, C, E, D, folic acid and minerals: iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.

Alfalfa – improves metabolism and supports digestion.
Common oat – positively affects digestion and supports body detoxification processes; helps improve overall health and skin appearance, has stimulating and toning properties that contribute to increased resistance to mental and physical fatigue.

organic common barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), organic alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), organic common oat (Avena sativa L.), organic Khorasan wheat (Triticum turgidum subsp. turanicum), organic common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.).

Recommended daily serving:

1 tablespoon - 5 grams
1 teaspoon - 2.5 grams
Children over 3 years: 1 - 2 teaspoons
Adults: 1 - 2 tablespoons

The recommended serving can be taken at once or divided into two smaller portions during the day.

How to use:

Dissolve the powder serving in 150–200 ml of cool water, juice, or add to a smoothie. Consume about 15–20 minutes before meals. Do not mix with hot liquid or food, as this may reduce the content of valuable ingredients. Consume immediately after preparation.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any product ingredient. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product.
