DOSAGE:
- For the first 10 days (Narum Tablet and Narum Forte):
- 3 times a day: 1 Narum Tablet, 15–20 min before meals
- 3 times a day: 1 Narum Forte capsules, 15–20 min before meals
- For the next 10 days (Narum Tablet and Narum Plus):
- 3 times a day: 1 Narum Tablet, 15–20 min before meals
- 3 times a day: 2 Narum Plus capsules, 15–20 min before meals
- For the next 20 days (Narum Tablet):
- 3 times a day: 2 Narum Tablets, 15–20 min before meals
Directions for use
Take 15–20 minutes before meals. Drink with 1/2 glass of a beverage at room temperature, e.g., milk, buttermilk, or yogurt, and in case of intolerance to dairy products – water. The capsule may also be opened and its contents dissolved in a drink.
Duration of use
For optimal effect, it is recommended to use for 5–6 weeks.
