Stomach Pack

Dosage adults and children over 12 years of age:

For the first 10 days of Narum Tab and Narum Forte:
- 3 times a day 1 x Narum Tab tablet each, 15-20 min before a meal,
- 3 times a day 2 x Narum Forte capsules,15-20 min. before a meal.

For the next 10 days Narum Tab and Narum Plus:
- 3 times a day 1 x Narum Tab tablet each, 15-20 min before a meal,
- 3 times a day 2 x Narum Plus capsules each, 15-20 min before a meal.

For the next 20 days Narum Tab:
- 3 times a day 2 x Narum Tab tablets each, 15-20 min before meals.

Directions for use:
- Take 15-20 minutes before meals,
- Drink ½ glass of beverage at room temperature such as milk, buttermilk, yogurt or, in case of intolerance to dairy products, water,
- You can also open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a beverage.

Duration of intake:
For optimal effect it is recommended to take for 5-6 weeks.

The kit includes:
6 x Narum Tab 500 mg, 30 tablets,
2 x Narum Forte 100 mg, 30 capsules,
2 x Narum Plus 150 mg, 30 capsules.
