Dosage
- For the first 10 days (Narum Tabletka and Narum Forte):
- 1 Narum Tabletka tablet 3 times daily, 15–20 min. before a meal
- 1 Narum Forte capsule 3 times daily, 15–20 min. before a meal
- For the next 10 days (Narum Tabletka and Narum Plus):
- 1 Narum Tabletka tablet 3 times daily, 15–20 min. before a meal
- 2 Narum Plus capsules 3 times daily, 15–20 min. before a meal
- For the next 20 days (Narum Tabletka):
- 2 Narum Tabletka tablets 3 times daily, 15–20 min. before a meal
Directions for use
Take 15–20 minutes before meals. Take with ½ a glass of a beverage at room temperature, e.g. milk, buttermilk, yogurt, or in case of intolerance to dairy products – water. The capsule may also be opened and its contents dissolved in a beverage.
Duration of use
For optimal results, it is recommended to take the products for 5–6 weeks.
Storage
The products should be stored in the refrigerator!
