USE:
- Stage I: Narum + Mumio until the packs are finished
- Stage II: Narum Forte until the packs are finished
- Stage III: Narum Plus until the packs are finished
DOSAGE:
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
- Narum + Mumio – 2 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 min. before a meal
- Narum Forte – 2 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 min. before a meal
- Narum Plus – 2 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 min. before a meal
Directions for use
Take 15-20 minutes before meals. Drink with 1/2 glass of a beverage at room temperature e.g., milk, buttermilk, or yogurt, and in case of intolerance to dairy products – water. The capsule may be opened and its contents dissolved in a drink.
Duration of use
For optimal effect, it is recommended to use for 5-6 weeks.
