Peat is a natural product that contains many ingredients that support healing and the body's regeneration process: humic acids, enzymes, amino acids, proteins, waxes, resins, estrogens, and trace elements such as iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, aluminum, and sodium.
How to use:
- Baths: add and mix 0.5 - 1 kg of peat in a bathtub with water.
- Full and partial wraps: heat the peat in a water bath to a temperature of 42 - 46°C. Apply the warm peat mass to the chosen area of the body. To enhance the effect, wrap the area with foil or fabric.
