Organic barley juice is produced through bioactive dehydration: gentle drying of young organic barley leaf juice at low temperature without oxygen exposure to preserve high concentrations of health‑promoting substances such as vitamins: beta‑carotene, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K; and minerals: iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, chromium, zinc, selenium, iodine.
It is exceptionally rich in:

Children over 3 years: 1–2 teaspoons.
Adults: 1–2 tablespoons.
The daily portion may be taken at once or divided into two smaller portions during the day.
Dissolve the portion of powder in 150–200 ml of cool water or juice; may also be added to a smoothie. Consume about 15–20 minutes before a meal. Do not mix with hot liquids or foods as this may reduce valuable components. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product should not be consumed by individuals taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin, acenocoumarol). Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before use.
Store in a dry place below 25 °C. Keep out of reach of young children.
