Application:
Narum OFFToxic and Narum Detox are taken together from day one,
We recommend starting the treatment on the full moon.
Dosage adults and children over 12 years:
Narum OFFToxic:
3 times a day, 1 x capsule, 15-20 min. before a meal for the first 7 days,
2 x capsules 2 times daily, 15-20 min. before meals for the next 14 days.
Narum Detox:
2 times a day 3 x capsules each, 15-20 min. before meals for 21 days.
Directions for use:
- Take 15-20 minutes before meals,
- Drink ½ glass of beverage at room temperature such as milk, buttermilk, yogurt or, in case of dairy intolerance, water,
- You can also open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a beverage.
Duration of intake:
