The Narum RELAX dietary supplement is a composition of Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, L-theanine, lyophilized hop cone extract, and lyophilized lemon balm leaf extract. Hops support the central nervous system thanks to the calming effects of humulone and lupulone. Lemon balm helps maintain a positive mood, contributes to optimal relaxation, and supports healthy sleep.

Recommended daily portion:
2-4 capsules
Directions for use:
1-2 capsules in the morning, 1-2 capsules in the evening. Consume after a meal. The capsule can be opened and its contents dissolved in a room-temperature beverage.
