Recommended daily intake:

Adults and children over 12 years: first 7 days – 1 capsule twice daily; after 7 days – 2 capsules twice daily for at least 15 days
Children from 6 to 12 years: first 7 days – 1 capsule daily; after 7 days – 1 capsule twice daily for at least 15 days
Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule daily for at least 22 days

Directions for use

Take the capsules 15–20 minutes before meals with water. The capsule may be opened and its contents dissolved in water.

Duration of use:

For optimal results, it is recommended to take the product for at least 22 days. The course can be repeated every 3 months.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use the product after consulting a doctor.
