Ingredients:

100% organic matcha green tea.

Preparation methods:

Daily serving: 1.5 g (1 teaspoon)

  • Traditional: using a bamboo scoop, add about 1.5 g of matcha powder to a cup or chawan. Pour 100 ml hot water not exceeding 80°C. Vigorously whisk with a bamboo whisk using quick "M" motions until thick foam forms. Add more water if desired for milder taste.
  • Modern: add 1.5 g matcha to a mug, pour 100 ml hot water (up to 80°C) and mix thoroughly. Use a milk frother for better consistency if available. Then top up with water, milk, or plant-based drink – to taste.
  • Quick: add 1.5 g matcha to a shaker or bottle, pour 100 ml water or milk, seal and shake several times until powder fully dissolves. Pour and serve.
