Set description
The probiotic set supports the intestinal microbiome. Probiotics are recommended in various situations, such as:

Use
- Stage I: Narum Fast Caps until all packages are finished
- Stage II: Narum Forte until all packages are finished
- Stage III: Narum Plus until all packages are finished
Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
- Narum Fast: 1–2 capsules twice daily, 15–20 minutes before a meal
- Narum Forte: 1–2 capsules twice daily, 15–20 minutes before a meal
- Narum Plus: 1–2 capsules twice daily, 15–20 minutes before a meal
Directions for use
Take 15–20 minutes before meals. Take with ½ a glass of a beverage at room temperature, e.g. milk, buttermilk, yogurt, or in case of intolerance to dairy products – water. The capsule may also be opened and its contents dissolved in a beverage.
