Narum acidophilic Vitamin C 1000 is a dietary supplement in capsules containing vitamin C and Lactobacterium mazuni Karine strain, i.e., a composition of 19 bacterial strains.
Vitamin C helps with:
- The normal functioning of the nervous system,
- Maintaining normal psychological function,
- The normal functioning of the immune system,
- Protecting cells from oxidative stress,
- The regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E,
- Helping reduce tiredness and fatigue and supporting normal energy-yielding metabolism,
- Increasing iron absorption.
The product is indicated:
- When there is a need to supplement the intestinal bacterial flora with Lactobacillus bacteria

One capsule contains not less than 1 × 1010 CFU* of live bacteria.

DOSAGE:
1 capsule daily, 15–20 minutes before a meal.
Duration of use
For optimal results, it is recommended to take the product for 5–6 weeks.
Directions for use
Take the capsule 15–20 minutes before a meal with half a glass of a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in cases of dairy intolerance). The capsule may be opened and its contents dissolved in a drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The dietary supplement should not replace a varied diet. Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use the product after consulting a doctor. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended. Do not use in people predisposed to kidney stone formation or suffering from kidney stones.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding +10 °C, out of reach of small children. During transport, it may be stored outside refrigerated conditions.
